DRIVER & OPERATOR TRAINING
Our drivers are put through various in-house training programmes to ensure we have a calibre of driver aligned with our customer centric focus.
Operators pass stringent tests before being employed and are continually reviewed throughout their employment with us. Training includes:
- Safe Urban Driving Courses
- Vulnerable Road User Awareness Courses
- WRRR – Work related road risk
- Crossrail Compliance Training
- Hiab Certification
These all contribute to our driver's CPC qualification.
Specialist transport and time management training is provided, to maximise efficiency within our office dispatch staff and transport department.
The team is fully supported by our Health and Safety department, as well as our driver training & competency assessors.
